  1. It’s like they purposely avoid directing you to an operator. I wish they all just had a press 1 to talk to a person option, especially when none of the choices meet your needs.

  2. I feel you on this one. Sometimes I don’t even wait on the machine to stop talking, I just press zero. But, I guess they’ve caught on to that, because now when you press zero it takes you back to the beginning of the menu. F*ckers.
